COLUMBUS — West Liberty-Salem’s Raiph LeVan once again set a personal record, shaving his time to 50.13 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Division III state track and field championships on Saturday.
That time was good enough to snag fourth place for the junior, behind Isaac Naayers (Lancaster Fairfield Christian) and his time of 49.19. Cedarville’s Devin Gruet and Waynesfield-Goshen’s Tyler Eller were second and third, respectively.
